First year WITH YOU

Thank you for being WITHUS!

Starting this writing with the WITHYOU word game is our way of thanking you for joining us during our first year of existence. 2020 has proved an atypical year, where a new global challenge is testing us in many areas beyond social ones. But great opportunities also arise from the most difficult times. Tacking changes with the optimal combination of experience, talent, knowledge, professionalism, and, of course, some madness turned into creativity is the key to developing the future we want to achieve.

WITHYOU Real Estate was now born a year ago with a strength and enthusiasm that, I am proud to say, have been growing month by month. Those who know me know that I am a lover of sport and its values and, therefore, I find it inevitable to find certain parallels between the beginning of this project and a competition. You can prepare for months to overcome your own limits, and face a challenge taking care of even the smallest detail capable of guaranteeing success; but there are always risk factors that you can't control, such as: the weather, a sudden injury in the middle of the race... In those moments, not only must you be well prepared physically and mentally, but you also have to have a great capacity for resilience and agility to reinterpret the new scenario.

Our project has been developed and grown in a first year that we have dubbed "the new business normal", creating companies that coexist and immerse themselves in a digitized present, with human and personal values, surrounded by technology but at the same time knowledge, talent, professionalism and experience. It is what, in fact, we have always called innovation but whose real meaning takes on a much clearer nuance as we understand that it is not only about technological development, but about the cohesion of it with new ideas.

Both I, on a personal level, and the project, at the team level, are very pleased with the welcome it has given us, the trust and successes achieved with many of you in your projects and initiatives. We have had young international companies that have trusted our Corporate Services department; families who have diversified and taken advantage of good market opportunities advised by our investment team; we have rented all kinds of properties thanks to our agency department, always guided by a swimming intuition that is our greatest asset, that which sets us apart from the rest.

But this is just the beginning of everything we outlined on the horizon a year ago. Our architecture team is immersed in several buildings, renovations and projects that makes us proud; while we prepare our first management and hospitality buildings that we hope will soon be giving life to our city.

Because for us, what we do is much more than the development of a professional vision, it is our way of understanding and enjoying the present with the aim of shaping the future in which we imagine ourselves as a society. For this reason, we also put at your disposal our blog, a space of dissemination and research of trends where we talk about culture, cities, people, design from a very different perspective than that usually offered in the real estate sector, this being more a magazine business but with a certain dressing of observatory of social development.
